Do you have a calling that is requiring you to seek people and places you are not usually around? Perhaps you know where God is trying to lead you, but you are nervous you are not well-equipped for your task, or have you always surrounded yourself only with like-minded Christians? It is easy to be in your comfort zone and to be around familiar people and places. John 10:16 describes “other sheep” who Jesus is coming to take into His fold. God commissioned you to seek out others to join your faith. Jesus was a great example of a person who hung out with outsiders. He expressed that He came to heal the sick, not the healthy. I know it can be scary and unfamiliar, but God gave you the Holy Spirit to guide you through your journey. Greater is He that is within you. Challenge yourself to love others who do not share your lifestyle and beliefs. Do not be worried about how others view you, because in the end we are all going to be held accountable for the works we did on earth.
Go forth showing the glory of God that is within you, for there is a great reward in contributing to the Kingdom.
